Good questions.
What is Chefie?
An AI sous-chef for your iPhone. Tell it how you eat once. Then ask for anything, scan your fridge or share a reel, and it makes the recipe and walks you through cooking it, step by step.
How much does it cost?
£29.99 a year with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers, or £2.99 a week. Both plans include everything. Prices outside the UK are set by the App Store and shown before you subscribe.
How does the free trial work?
If you're new to Chefie, the annual plan starts with 7 days free. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends and you won't be charged. Otherwise the annual subscription starts and renews each year.
How do I cancel?
On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Chefie AI. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Apple handles all payments and refunds.
Can I trust it with my allergies?
Chefie checks every recipe against the allergies and diets you set, and you can swap any ingredient. But AI can make mistakes and ingredients vary by brand, so always check labels, and don't rely on Chefie alone if you have a serious allergy.
Which reels and links can I import?
Share a post from TikTok, Instagram, Facebook or YouTube, or paste a recipe link from a website. It works best when the recipe is in the post or on the page. If a creator says "recipe in bio", Chefie may not be able to find it.
Is it on Android?
Not yet. Chefie is on iPhone today. Leave your email and we'll tell you when it's on Android. We use it for nothing else.
What do you do with my data?
We use your food preferences to make recipes for you. Allergies and diets are only stored if you switch that on, and switching it off deletes them. We don't sell your data, share it for advertising or show ads. You can delete your account in the app at any time. Read the Privacy Policy.
